“Circus St” is the second full length album by Cloud Ice 9 released on Happy Tapes. Incorporating elements of jazz, experimental and post-punk music, Obarzanek conceptualized, wrote and produced Circus St in collaboration with the band in his home studio.

Themes of discontent in modern society are cast in a strange and ridiculous carnival-centric backdrop.
